E-Gift Cards are final sale items and thus cannot be transferred, returned for refund, exchanged, or resold unless required by applicable law. E-Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash value unless required by applicable law. E-Gift Card funds are not transferable to an unauthorized third party or vendor. E-Gift Cards have no expiration date.
• Purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero. E-Gift Cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to purchase additional E-Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards are not reloadable.
• We are not liable for any failure or incorrect delivery of an E-Gift Card due to failure to provide the correct, current, or complete information about the recipient. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide about the recipient.
• We are not responsible for any E-Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
• We may prohibit or limit purchase of E-Gift Cards if we determine they are being misused or are the subject of fraud or illegal activity.
• If you return products purchased using an E-Gift Card, the refund will be credited to a new E-Gift Card issued to you for the returned item(s).
